We’re transitioning to Bank Zero. Here’s what’s changing, what stays the same, and how to prepare for the switch on 24 February 2025.

Diamond Card Banking Update

We’re Moving to Bank Zero on 24 February 2026
Dear Diamond Card Client,
We’re excited to announce that Diamond Card will be transitioning from Access Bank to Bank Zero as our new sponsor bank effective 24 February 2026. This change brings improved efficiency and a stronger platform to support your banking needs.

What’s Changing
• All services on your Diamond Card remain the same.
• Your new Bank Zero account number will be activated on 24 February 2026.
• From that date, your old Access Bank account will no longer accept deposits.

From 24 February 2026, ensure all deposits, salary payments, and transfers go to your new Bank Zero account.

What You Must Do
To avoid any delays in receiving funds:
1. Share your new banking details with:
o Your employer
o Clients, companies, or anyone who deposits money into your account.
2. Update your banking details wherever you receive payments (e.g. payroll systems, suppliers, payout partners, etc.).
